This health guarantee does not include stress induced illnesses such as stress induced hypoglycemia, or coccidia.

First and foremost I (breeder) guarantee 100% that the puppy you pick out and see in the pictures on my web site and in pictures I send you, ARE indeed the puppy you will receive!   

The Puppy described above has been carefully raised under sanitary conditions within our home in accordance with the laws, set forth by the state of Washington and with the code of ethics of the Continental kennel club.  This breeding program is under regular veterinary care.  To the best of my knowledge, this Puppy is in excellent health and is guaranteed free from communicable disease.  Said Puppy is of sound temperament.

All puppies are de-wormed and vaccinated.  The Buyer will be provided with a copy of said Puppy's medical history (including present status of immunity vaccinations and de-worming). All pups are seen by my vet at 7-8 weeks and given a complete exam (when being shipped).

Our guarantee does not cover parasites, i.e. Worms of any kind (internal or external), fleas, etc as these can be picked up anywhere at any time. And even in the most ideal environment it is impossible to keep these things away from our pets 100%!

In the event that, upon an initial examination, your veterinarian finds the puppy to be sufficiently medically unsound (see guarantee below) as to warrant return, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller (no later than 3 days after diagnosis). ALL information from vet MUST be legible!!

The Puppy shall be returned at the expense of the Buyer to the Seller, accompanied by a hand-written and signed statement by said veterinarian of all findings.  In which case, said Puppy shall be replaced with another puppy of equal value if one is available (shipping replacement puppy will be paid by the breeder). If one is not available it can be applied to a future pup, or partial or full refund is possible. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

 Veterinary expenses are not covered (again, case by case basis).  This guarantee is transferable to a second party, should the original buyer sell the puppy. Any pup being sent as a replacement will be fully check out by sellers vet.

NO treatment (unless life threatening issues occur) shall be commenced without notifying the breeder first, if this is not followed I will NOT under any circumstances help with any expenses.
 
Breeder reserves the right to have puppy examined either by breeder’s vet or a vet both buyer and seller agree on for a second opinion. Necropsy may not be required in the case of death, this will be determined on a case by case basis.

Breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee fitness for breeding. Our pups are sold as pets only and must be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months, with proof from your vet within 14 days of being fixed. Unless prior arrangements have been made, and agreed upon for breeding.

If you, the buyer uses this animal for breeding without a prior agreement you will be in breach of this contract and will be required to either pay me, the breeder, a sum no less than $900.00. All court costs involved will be paid by you, the buyer. And for the purpose of this contract the Venue for this transaction will take place within the state of Washington, Pierce County.

Puppy is guaranteed to be free of all life threatening communicable diseases for a period of 7 days from the date of sale. As long as the puppy has not been in public places (possible exposure to other animals outside of your home) until all vaccinations have been given (at least 3). Please limit exposure to dogs other than the dogs that live in the same household. I also guarantee this puppy to be free of genetic defects that make the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a “family pet” until the puppy reaches 5 years of age. 

Buyer understands that the following slight defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore is not covered: umbilical hernia, un-descended testicle, under-bite or over-bite, slight luxating patella (anything below a 3 grade). Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a genetic problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all genetic guarantees expire at age 5 years. 

Any future claims made against this breeder, based upon subsequent developments of pathological nature which can be traced to genetic abnormality, shall be evaluated based upon the dog’s resulting physical incapacity to continue to serve the purpose for which it was purchased (e.g., family pet).  

We offer a Lifetime Return Policy of our dogs.  If, for any reason, a Buyer can no longer keep the purchased dog, the Seller shall agree whenever possible to take said dog back from the Buyer and try to find it a new home. This does not imply of any return of any monies. This is done on a case by case basis. Pup will be re-homed, and any money returned to buyer will depend on how long the dog/pup is here with us and how much the pup/dog is re-sold for. Or we can help you to place your dog while it is with you.

Puppy registration application papers for registration with the CKC or AKC will be included with all paperwork when puppy is picked up, unless for some unusual reason they are not yet available and then I will mail them ASAP.

As new owner of this puppy, you the buyer agree to the following:

1. Puppy shall not be left outdoors to roam, or in the yard but kept in the home as a loved family member. These dogs are NOT outside dogs, they need to be around their people. 

2. Puppy shall be given food and water, warm dry shelter, given shots and see a vet at least once a year. 

3. Puppy shall NEVER be taken to a shelter, rescue, given away or sold without contacting me, the breeder before hand.  I will always be willing and able to take any of my puppies back and find a good loving home for it. And you the buyer agree to bring said dog back to me to place. 

4. Puppy/dog shall be groomed and bathed on a regular basis and not left in filth and stink. Shall not be left overgrown and matted. IF I find that this contract has been breached in any way, I reserve the right to take the dog back, or take legal action.

Other than the terms stated above, Seller makes no further guarantees.

A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold a puppy.  This will apply to your final price.
The deposit is partially refundable under certain circumstances!
