Sales Policies~
Placing
the puppies we raise in their new homes is a responsibility we take very
seriously. Most of our puppies are sold on a Companion Contract. Companion
puppies are sold on a sterilization agreement. Companion puppies are NOT
the undesirable pups from a litter. They are simply pups who will not be
used for breeding. We do on occasion sell to breeders.

Reputation
is Everything to us. The quality and health of the dogs we breed speaks
louder than anything we could ever say. When it comes to breeding a sound
and healthy puppy, we make no compromises. Many "breeders" produce pups
for one reason - Profit. Sadly, when this is the case, quite often dogs
that should not be are bred; dogs that have health or genetic problems,
but can still produce another couple litters.
If you are looking
for a healthy affordable quality dog, you're in the right place. Our
Cockpoo pups are sold on a Contract, with a Full Health Guarantee.* Our
contract is designed with the dog in mind, also to protect both buyer and
seller. There is a lot of important information in our contract, please
review it carefully. Our primary concern is the care of our pups. In the
event of a health problem with your puppy, our contract DOES NOT require
you to return your loved pet to receive a refund/replacement in most cases.
* The
Purchaser has read and fully understands the terms of our Contract/Guarantee
and agrees to comply with them. Buyer, by purchasing a pup from us, agrees
in full to our Contract/Guarantee agreement, and agrees to provide Breeder
with a signed copy of said agreement. Our guarantee is for a full 5 years!!
A Home for Life.
Every puppy from Chatilly Lace Puppies that we breed is guaranteed a home
for life with us if needed. We believe that if we bring a dog into this
world, we have the responsibility to make sure that dog always has a loving
home and does not end up unwanted, abandoned, and spending its last days
alone in a shelter. The biggest and most important commitment a breeder
can make is to take responsibility for the lives they produce. We Do.

nursery But my pups are usually ALL $750.00
$200.00 non-refundable deposit required..
Included with the purchase of your new puppy
you will get a crate (if shipping),
small bag of puppy food, blanket, and new toy.
First 1-2 sets of shots and de-worming.
We reserve the right to hold puppy if we feel
it is not ready to leave
And we always have first pick of the litters
if we are looking to keep one.

Visits by appointment only
Please respect our rules for visits. We put
our dogs and puppies first
and at times it is just not good for the moms.
Young pups do not interact, and look no different
in pictures than in person.
They become more active at 5-8 weeks and play
more.
Most folks pick out their pups through pictures
and those are updated often.
It can be overwhelming for the buyer to try
and pick a pup from a whole litter, with the
pictures you can take more time and of course
chat with me and I will gladly help.
Shipping Available at buyers expense..
Shipping in US Only!
Shipping cost is NOT included in the price of
the puppy.
Shipping is a flat fee of $285 (This can change)
which covers airfare, crate, health certificate
and fuel surcharge.
You are also welcome to fly in and pick your puppy
up. We would either meet you
at the airport with your puppy (for a 30.00 fee),
or you are welcome to drive to our home
to pick your puppy up. We are an hour from the
Airport.
We can also meet you up to 2 hours distance for
a $100.00 fee. If within 30 minutes to 1 hour $65.00.
About Shipping, and pick up dates.
While we try to get your puppy flown to you when
it is convienent for you, we may not always be able to do that.
Shipping takes about 3 hours out of my day and
I just cannot ship on a daily basis.
So when we have pups to ship we try to get them
shipped on the same day and this has to be at our convienence,
which may not always be for you. Please consider
this when buying a pup.
I also will not ship puppies if I do not feel
they are are ready, even if they are 8 weeks. I go by each puppy and
each litter when deciding this. Some litters
are ready to go sooner, and some later.
DO NOT make plans for a certain day until I have
confirmed an actual shipping date, things can change!
My puppies health and emotional well-being always
comes first.
All
puppies sold must be picked up between 7 and 8 weeks of age unless your
puppy is being shipped to you. After 8 weeks of age, any additional
time your puppy must remain here is considered board & training and
you will be charged $12.00/day.
This is not to
exceed 7 days. |
Pick up dates.
IF you are going on vacation or cannot
take your pup when they are ready to ship (or pick up) you will need to
tell me this prior to putting a deposit down. If you don't you will be
charged a daily hold fee after the original date is set.
Pups to be picked up must be picked up by 8 weeks,
give or take a couple of days (per agreement). If you cannot do that then
you must tell me prior to placing a deposit or soon after so we can work
something out.
I cannot hold a pup without prior consent by me
due to the fact that they are raised in my home
and if I have to keep them longer than a couple
of days I have to start training them and honestly, I just do not have
time for that.
I have been taken advantage of in this department
to many times so please don't put me in this position, or I will have to
charge an extra $12.00-25.00 per pay for training, and food.

*A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold a puppy.
This will apply to your final price.

Cash (US $)
Absolutely NO personal checks accepted for
final payment.
We do accept credit cards and checks through
Papal, however there is a 3.9% processing fee.
Your deposit may be sent by check but payments
and final payment must be in the other forms listed above
We reserve the right to deny or cancel a sale if we do
not feel it is good placement.
I also reserve the right to first pick of the litter.
